Peace of Selby Wilderness Lodge and renowned nature and wildlife artist, Greg McHuron are pleased to offer Plein Air Painting Workshops in the remote, arctic wilderness of Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve in Alaska.
The weeks of August 21 - 28, August 28 - September 4 & September 4 - 11, 2010. are available for booking now. Organize a group of painting friends and book a special week for painting and renewing friendships. Selby Lake is a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place to concentrate on painting without interruptions.
Maximum students - 5 per week.
Total cost per person - $4000
This special rate for the painting workshop includes one week at the lodge, all home-made meals, accommodations, hot tub, use of canoes and fishing gear. Transportation by float plane from Fairbanks to Selby Lake and return is included. The 2 hour flight is a beautiful wilderness flight-seeing trip each way.
A 50% deposit made to Peace of Selby will secure your reservation in the workshop.
